IN WHAT ORDER DO THE PODS GO?

The pods are all in a line, but designed that you all have your own privacy. The order of the pods is as follows, from the Car Park End: Jubileum (Purple), Damson (Blue), Marjorie (Green) , Oullins (Yellow), Opal (Orange), Victoria (Red).

ARE BOOKINGS PREPAID?
Yes, bookings need to be paid in full prior to arrival. 1/3 of the amount on booking and then the remainder 6 weeks prior to stay or if stay is within the 6 week period the full amount needs to be paid.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
3pm on day of arrival and 10am on check out, however, may be able to be flexible.
DO YOU PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION?
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows, and we strongly advise you to take out the appropriate travel insurance so you can have peace of mind that your costs will be covered, should you need to cancel your stay for any reason.
CAN I PAY ONLINE?
When you book through our website it will take you to a payment page, alternatively bank transfer can be done.
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG?
We are sorry but we do not accept any pets.
ARE THERE CHARGES FOR BREAKAGES?
We ask that if any breakages happen when you stay, you let us know and we can sort it out from there, alternatively, we will take it from your deposit.
IS THERE WIFI?
Free Wi-fi is available.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN OUR POD?
We hope that everything you need for your stay is included in the pod, each pod has its own kitchenette with a microwave, larder fridge with icebox, a small 2 ceramic hob. There is an en-suite bathroom in each pod with a shower, wc and basin. We hope all the kitchen utensils you need including pots and pans, plates, glasses etc. All your linen and towels are also included. In addition there is underfloor heating, a usb socket, wifi and a tv.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Our car parking area is just by the pods and you will find trolleys there to take your bits and pieces to the pods. There is one space for each pod.

ARE THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT LINKS?
We have mainline stations close by, either Staplehurst or Marden or Maidstone which are direct routes from London. We would however suggest that if you are coming by train you book a taxi to pick you up as they are not always available at the stations.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE OUTSIDE?
Outside every pod there is a picnic table, and a firepit/barbecue. There is also a wooden Gazebo which is for communal use together with THE BEAST, which is a wood oven/pizza oven. We have a petanque pitch, you have the boule in your pod, and a small adventure playground area, and plenty of space to run wild!
WHAT DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE?
The price you pay per pod per night includes, we hope, everything you will need with the exception of your food and clothes and maybe a few outdoor games. If you want to use THE BEAST then we ask that you buy the wood from us and also if you need additional wood for your firepit.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRAVEL COTS?
We do not supply travel cots, you are, however, able to fit one into the pod, if you have the sofa bed down as well it can be a little squished but it does work.
WHO CLEANS THE PODS?

We ask that guests leave their pod as clean and tidy as they find them. There are cleaning products in each pod and we would ask that you do your washing up before you leave. If you take on the whole site, we just ask that you put back the relevant coloured utensils to the correct pod and the outdoor area put back to how you found it. All rubbish should be taken to the bins that are provided in the car parking area.

CAN YOU PITCH TENTS?
Unfortunately, due to our insurance and planning, we cannot allow additional tents to be pitched.
ARE UTENSILS AVAILABLE?
In addition to the utensils that are in your pods, see what’s included, all the utensils for THE BEAST, our woodburning/pizza oven, whether you are cooking pizzas or a roast are available from the shed. We just ask that when you use them you return them clean back there. When using the oven we ask that you purchase from us the Kiln Dried Wood that is also available in the shed.
CAN WE USE THE GAZEBO?
The Gazebo again is a communal space for all to use. It has curtains on the side so if the weather is not too good, then you can put them down. Anything that you bring from your pod to the gazebo we ask that you take back to the pod. The positioning of it is such that if the little ones are in bed, then you can see all the pods and baby monitors work there.
IS WOOD AVAILABLE?
When you arrive we give you a starter pack of wood, kindling and firelighters, you are able to buy additional wood etc from us and it is all available in the shed.
DO WE HAVE OUR OWN FIREPIT?
Every pod has its own firepit/barbecue.
IS THERE MOBILE SIGNAL?
There is good 4G coverage.
WHAT ABOUT LAUNDRY?

Unfortunately, we do not have any laundry facilities on-site.

ARE EXTRA BEDS AVAILABLE?
Each pod has a double bed and a double sofa bed in it, sleeping 2 adults and 2 children, under 15, sharing the sofa bed, you are able to put a travel cot in there, but it will be a little squished. We DO NOT supply travel cots or bedding for them.
DO YOU ACCEPT GROUP BOOKINGS?
We accept group bookings, and welcome calls to discuss them.
DO YOU ACCEPT SUPERMARKET DELIVERIES?
We accept supermarket deliveries but just ask that you arrange for them to be delivered after you have arrived.
